I became a raw food eater more than ten years ago and stayed with it. There are only a few foods, which I eat or drink even though they are not raw or not 100% raw.
Eating raw is so easy, you just eat foods that are raw and which can be eaten raw: beef, lamp, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts and more.
Eating raw is the most healthy eating habit. You lose weight almost automatically and lots of sicknesses vanish. You lose weight because when you eat raw the body needs more energy to digest it as if the food is cooked and energy is calories.
Raw food is life food, it is colorful, fresh and vitamin-rich.
