Do you want to lose weight fast and in a healthy way? It is easy and certain.

Replace every 2 to 3 days your dinner with exotic fruits, such as pineapple, papaya, water melone or strawberries and you will lose weight fast.

You may eat as much of one fruit as you wish, but you may eat only one kind of those fruits.

Why will these fruits help you to lose weight: Their enzymes will reduce body fat. And of course just to eat some fruit has less calories as a full dinner.

And why should you not do this each evenings for a couple of days?
