To eat foods raw is so easy. You actually do not need any recipes. You buy raw foods which you enjoy to eat, cut it into bite size pieces, arrange it on a plate or put into a bowl, top it with spices and herbs, and eat. There is no fussing around as with cooked food. You do not have to look up recipes. Nothing can go wrong as with cooked food. Nothing can get burned. Nothing can get cold, if you do not quickly eat. There is no smell as with cooked food, there is only the smell of freshness. You save a lot of time as you do not have to wait until a dish is cooked. You do not loose valuable nutrients, which happens during the cooking process.

It does take some time to get used to raw food, but as soon as you are used to it, you start to dislike cooked food and you will enjoy fresh, raw food.

About Christa Herzog

In my late teens I was 1 1/2 times more of what I am now. It took me years to lose those 50 pounds. Of course all diets failed. At the end I did it right and kept excess weight off until I was in my fourties and moved from Los Angeles to Vienna and gained a couple of pounds. In this blog I will share my knowledge about food.
